Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on products that meet the following conditions:

How to Request a Return

Photo or video evidence (if the item is defective or damaged)
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.
Return Shipping

AEROVault offers free returns for defective or incorrect items.

For change-of-mind returns (example: no longer want the item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Packages returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item or color, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos or videos showing the issue, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order:

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped.
Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled.
